With nearly two decades of experience in corporate finance and accounting, Jeff has an impressive track record for successfully building, strengthening and leading both privately and publicly traded entertainment corporations.
A seasoned entertainment executive with a career spanning over 18 years, he has lead the financial operation of four publicly traded entertainment companies, including Trimark Holdings, Inc., National Lampoon, Inc. and Interplay Entertainment, and was also an officer at Morgan Creek Productions. Jeff was instrumental in the sale of Trimark to Lionsgate in 2000. Additionally, Jeff has established or facilitated various debt and equity structures for both corporate and film financing.
Jeff began his career at Price Waterhouse in their entertainment special practice unit as a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a B.A. in Economics, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
